The Africa Taekwon-Do Federation (ATF) organizes an official International Umpire Course with GM Abelardo Benzaquén, chair of the ITF Umpire Committee. The course will be available only for members of the Africa Taekwon-Do Federation and it will be held online on September 14 – 15 September 2024 at exactly 12:00PM UTC (3:00PM EAT)
